Daniel R. Baradat online at Daniel R. Baradat was born in Tulare, California on June 21, 1950. He earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College in 1972 and a juris doctorate from University of San Francisco in 1975. Mr. Baradat was admitted to the bar in 1976.
Mr. Baradat was admitted to the California and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of California Bars in 1976. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Oklahoma Bar in 1984. Baradat is a Judge Pro Tem for the Fresno County Superior Court. He is a member of the Fresno and Tulare County Bar Associations, where he has served as director. He is also a member of the State Bar of California, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers. (Board of Governors), the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Board of Trial Advocates, where he formerly served as the Central Valley Chapter President. Mr. Baradat was named one of the top 100 lawyers of Northern California in 2007, 2008 and 2009 by “Northern California Super Lawyers.” He practices in the areas of personal injury law, legal and medical malpractice. Mr. Baradat has eight jury verdicts in excess of $1,000,000.
