Jason S. Bell
online at Jason S. Bell was born in Fresno, California on December 31, 1974. He was raised, educated and employed in Fresno his entire life. He earned a bachelor's degree in criminology from California State University, Fresno in 1997 and a juris doctorate degree from San Joaquin College of Law in 2000. Mr. Bell was admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court, Eastern District Bar in 2001. He is currently an active member of the Fresno County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the Central California Trial Lawyers Association. In 2008, he was elected by his peers to serve on the Board of Directors for the Fresno County Bar Association. In 2009, Mr. Bell was named a Rising Star as one of the top young lawyers in Northern California by Northern California Super Lawyers. He practices in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, which encompasses personal injury, wrongful death, UM/UIM, insurance bad faith, products liability, and wrongful termination. Mr. Bell has tried civil cases to verdict before a jury and judge involving motor vehicle accidents, products liability and wrongful termination. He has also engaged in multiple arbitrations in the area of uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
