Daniel C. Stein
Daniel C. Stein is a Baradat & Paboojian associate attorney. He has experience working on issues involving breach of contract, corporate dissolution and accounting, intellectual property, antitrust, shareholder derivative actions, fraud, products liability, automobile, UM/UIM, and slip and fall cases. Mr. Stein was born in Pittsfield, Maine on April 11, 1977. He earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science in 1999 from Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina. He received a Masters Degree in Environmental Law and Policy in 2001 and his Law Degree in 2004 from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont. Prior to moving to Fresno, he practiced personal injury in San Francisco, California and prior to that he was a litigation consultant at the San Francisco technology company, H5.
While in law school, Mr. Stein was a student editor of American Trial Lawyers Association's "Daubert Litigation Newsletter", where he wrote about cutting edge strategy and admissibility issues for scientific evidence and expert testimony and he is the co-author of an article entitled "Toxic Torts: In Defense of Justice" published in Fordham Environmental Law Review (Vol. 15, No. 1, 2004).
